Any individual associated with or who has past association with Flagler College may nominate someone for the Hall of Fame. Nominations can be made in three categories: Coach/Administrator; Athlete; Major Benefactor/Supporter.

The criteria specifies an athlete must have graduated and been out of college a minimum of nine years. Coaches or administrators must be retired form the Athletic Department. Any individual must have made a significant contribution to the sports program, and consideration will be given to post-collegiate activities.
