James “Jim” Carroll is a sophomore Sport Management major from Norfolk, Va. who enjoys watching ESPN and rooting for our Flagler College Saints. In the past, he has worked as “Rip Tide,” the mascot for the Norfolk Tides, a Triple-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. He loves getting the crowd pumped and giving hugs. His goals in life include getting a job as "Sir Purr" of the Carolina Panthers. He likes his turquoise uniform and his pointed teeth that let people know who is in charge. When asked what he would eat for breakfast to prepare for game days, Jim said two bowls of hard work and one big glass of EXCELLENCE.
