The Flagler College Strength and Conditioning Program offers a positive, safe and challenging training environment that allows coaches and athletes to work together towards developing an athlete’s full physical and mental potential. The program will concentrate on athletic strength training, speed and agility development, sport specific conditioning and flexibility.
The Flagler College Strength and Conditioning Program will utilize sport specific training methods in for pre-season, in-season and post-season. This will facilitate the individuals as well as the teams ability to be competitive in conference, regional and national competitions.
