ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. − Flagler College head women’s soccer coach Teddy Meyer has released the 2010 fall schedule which includes 18 regular season matches, including eight home matches. The Saints will also play two exhibition matches, one at home and one on the road.
Flagler is coming off an 8-9-1 season which included a 4-5-1 mark in the Peach Belt Conference, in its inaugural season in the league.
Two exhibition matches in August will open the 2010 slate. On Aug. 22, Flagler will host South Georgia College at 1 p.m. and will wrap up its pre-season schedule at Rollins College on Aug. 28.
The Saints open the regular season with four consecutive road games. Flagler follows by taking on old rival Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University on Sept. 8. The Eagles won The Sun Conference’s regular season and capped it with the post-season tournament title.
