ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Flagler College women's tennis team is ranked No. 17 in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division II Top 50 Poll released Wednesday. The Saints opened the season ranked No. 46. The Flagler women also closed out by being ranked No. 5 in the Southeast Region.

Flagler posted an overall record of 14-8 and went 8-4 in the Peach Belt Conference. The Saints fell in the Peach Belt Tournament and in the Southeast Regional to the same opponent – Francis Marion University.

Armstrong Atlantic State University sits atop the final poll after winning its third consecutive title. Also representing the conference in the final poll is: Clayton State University (No. 9), Columbus State University (No. 12), Francis Marion University (No. 13), Augusta State University (No. 27) and Georgia College & State University (No. 28).
